The galleries demo pages start here. Our favourite Joomla galleries/slideshows are the Ozio Gallery, Yoo-Gallery and Phoca Gallery. All can be customised to give different effects both in the display and during image transitions.

The Yoo-gallery has several modes of display. Shown here is the "lightbox" feature, where images are displayed singly, in a well-lit box, the surrounding background having been greyed-out to enhance the scene.
There is also the option of a simple slideshow effect.
The thumbnail images can be displayed in several ways - the one shown is called 'Polaroid'. |

This is a demo of one of the possible variations to display images using Osio Gallery. The 'Rotator' does what it says, rotating the images in turn.
The full range of transition effects between images are shown, and you can select any one of them or decide on the 'random' selection, as shown.
Holding the mouse over an image causes the control panel to appear, and also shows the image name. |
